This place is SHADY and I caution you now do not do business with them. We're in touch with an attorney currently about the legality of their actions. RUN, don't walk, with your money to another bank. (Equity for example is an upstanding business that we've had no problems with.) I have lived in 5 states and banked at probably 20 locations, CNB of Texas, Wells Fargo, Equity, Chase, First Convenience and the list goes on. FIRST STATE BANK is the worst I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with.
