I am done with this Bank. I am fed with them trying to tell me and my wife what we can do with our money. My wife gets hack twice and all they do is give us the run around. I have delt with crooked banks and there employees before. First Southwest Bank in Cortez, Co. is no different. I work hard for my money and pay my bills. No one will tell me what to do with my money or how much cash I can take out. I am done with this bank and I am going to run them in the dirt.
This is a great bank that does a lot for our local community. Kendall was very helpful and knowledgable. Thanks, 1st Southwest!
Mobile app sucks, Zelle sucks in this system. I had to wait over 24 hrs .! And the issue hasn’t been resolved.
