Katrina Wade I agree with you .ask me my experience! The way they treated me when my mom died, and I was the benefiary! Well they locked down her account and would not let me stop payments on all of her ACH drafts she had coming out, so even after she died payments kept coming. One girl even told the CNA lady that she could legally "take" the rest of mom s money if she wanted it before I got the death certificate, and probated will(because she was on mom's account to help her write checks and pay bills.
