The atmosphere is so welcoming and inviting
This bank has been good up until recently. My account for over a year was getting charged for all different things. Peacock, hulu and other's. I had already changed my card thinking that would prevent it. I didn't know I kept getting charges because I wasn't looking at my account everyday. So when I talk to hulu it was showing a different email. I spoke with the bank they refunded me SOME of my money keep in my this was a year worth. The bank itself is 5 stars, but The Teller in the drive thru is one of the rudest ladies! She truly doesn’t need to be in customer service. I was in banking for 5 years and never once treated someone how she does people. You pull up and she just stares at you, then turns off her mic and proceeds to mouth about you like you can’t see. Definitely makes you reconsider where you bank!
