Great friendly staff beautiful office
Five Stars for a beautiful office and amazing staff at FSSB, Scottsboro. From my initial conversation with Whitley regarding consideration of a loan, to closing, I felt as if I had been banking with FSSB for many years. Working with Gail, Emily, and Heather was a breeze! They truly made the loan process simple and convenient. I think I will just switch everything over to FSSB ASAP. I was always met with smiling faces, helpful staff, and amazing customer service. Thank you FSSB!

I have always had a great experience with both the stevenson and the scottsboro branch of this bank. Between Amy, Veronica, Emily, and our primary loan officer Chris Miller, they do a fantastic job of being friendly and helpful! Whenever I call I'm greeted with happy service and Chris has helped us work out our finances several times to boost our credit!
