I have been dealing with First Southern Financial since 1982 (under a different name at that time, but the same company). It is my understanding that First Southern Financial is being bought out by another company. For the first time in almost 44 years (I will be 62 in a few days), the supervisor of the Decatur, AL office turned me down for a measly $1,000.00 loan!!
