Friendly, helpful and efficient. It's wonderful doing business with them.
Went to pull $300 this morning and ATM machine malfunctioned. Didn't get my money, but was still charged. Put in an E-mail over an hour ago and still no response. No 24 hr service line to call. So I guess I'm just supposed to wait until Monday, 2 days, while my money is in limbo when I was supposed to be taking a trip today. Will definitely be banking elsewhere after Monday, as this is unacceptable. I don't see how it's ok to make people wait a weekend for their own money over the bank's equipment malfunctioning. Friendly people who are interested in helping thier customer and clients out. Very good bank to deal with. I have been with them over 20 years, thier all very friendly and polite people. They are a great team. Thank you all for being very dedicated and professional.
