*Update* I reached out after they contacted me on this review, and they have not contacted me back. It has been more than a week. Continuous terrible customer service. *Original* Absolutely worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Charged me for insurance even though I had provided it, and weeks later when they said something was wrong with how they wanted the form, my insurance co worked to get it corrected. Mrs. Vetter is a great banker to have in your corner!
This bank steals money from you! They claim they hold $25 to open the account and then steal the money when you close the account. They also do a hard credit pull for simple checking accounts, unlike all other banks and credit unions. Avoid them unless you want to seriously hurt your credit have money stolen from you
