Great customer service so far. I’ve been with FirstSouth in Southaven a little less than a yr. I haven’t visited inside the branch many times, but I’ve always been treated well. I just hate that money can’t be deposited into the ATM machine. I don’t even see the DEPOSIT option anymore at the ATM after I enter my PIN. That’s a major inconvenience.
I am really considering closing my account. They charge so many excessive fees that it’s ridiculous. I’ll have funds in my account to make purchases and they’ll be pending forever, and then my account mysteriously goes into the negative. Like where’s my money going??
Was on the line for 15 minutes and no one picked up the phone. All I needed to ask was if they cashed out savings bonds to non members.
All these folks do is steal your money, hit you with overdraft fees left and right even when the account isn’t in the negative.
