Today a lady by the name of Tanya tried to assist me. Her attitude was very snappy and rude and I did not like the her tone while I was making a transfer. She was moving quicker than her banking system in which I couldn’t understand why she was being so rude, especially when the screen wasn’t even pulled up. I will not be calling this location back.

I noticed on a statement that I had an online charge from Anazon. Customer service rep informed me that First South had several customers who experienced fraudulent charges for Amazon. However, I lost $150 for a charge I did not make because 60 days had passed before I noticed the fraudulent transaction.
