A lot of unnecessary fees, honestly better to go somewhere else, especially if you are a university student with not a lot of cash. They probably charge a fee for breathing. I closed my account after 3 months.
They charge a $100 fee to close your student account
You guys really should have different numbers to call after hours. Every location uses the same number. It is always a busy signal. I have banked with you guys since 1976. Also it would be nice if you would let us know when you are closed.
Great place with friendly, professional staff. The very first bank I have banked with that actually cares about their customers and their financial future. Thank you for all you do, First South!
