This financial institution is only good if you are depositing and withdrawing cash. STAY AWAY if you are using it for any other services. They hire incompetent employees outside the tellers. Be ready to waste a lot of time accomplishing anything. Teara Pryor at this location has the worst communication and wasted a month of my time by not responding to emails, which should be a simple task. I referred a family member to the Cordova branch. They have done 2 auto loans and a heloc for me. Great service!
I recently had a vehicle sell that this branch flawlessly facilitated. Alex and her staff were professional and courteous while guiding us through the sell. They also had popcorn!!! I plan on doing more business with this branch! Thanks, guys!
