My experience with Ashley McDaniel and the First South Farm Credit team was seamless. Communication is the key factor in her success. Ashley kept me informed along the way which was refreshing when dealing with lenders. Jessica Rosata, Chief Appraiser, was very prompt in getting the needed appraisal done as well. I'm sure there are many people to thank behind the scenes but I dealt with these two exclusively and was highly impressed with the professionalism they represent.
