One week ago, my debit card was stolen, so I paid FSCU to rush me a new card. Well, here we are one week later and I still don't have the card. I might just as well have saved the $20.00 and had them take their sweet time, because that seems to be what they're doing. When I asked for a refund, the lady told me "that's not possible". Nice, really nice...
