Natasha was very unprofessional. First, they won't let me use my card because they flagged a transaction for possible fraud. Fine, I confirmed it was not a fraud, they said everything was fine and to proceed with transaction. Tried charging again and it blocked it again! I did not respond right away, because I literally do not have time to call and approve every single transaction. The most efficient and expedited loan process I have ever experienced, the FSF loan originator and processor were extremely helpful in their explanations of every step in the process.
I'm very unhappy with the way my loan application was handled. It took a month of providing statements until they finally turned me down due to income from 2023/2024 not being enough for my debt/income. I went to work full-time in early 2025 with a large increase in salary for a company I've been with for 9 years. I've lost a month trying to find housing and may have to give up my job if I can't aquire financing for a home I have under contract near my job.
