I feel so lucky to have found fspt. I've seen Nicole most of the time. When Nicole wasn't available I seen the other therapists. They are all wonderful. Nicole used dry needling on me with great results along with excercises. My knee is almost completely healed. They are knowledgeable and teach you how to help yourself. I feel so lucky to have found them. Friendly, welcoming and clean facility. Courtney is delightful when you walk through the doors.

My experience with First Settlement Physical Therapy was all positive! All of the staff were engaging and the therapy helped reduce my neck pain substantially. I would recommend the Saint Clairsville location and therapists to anyone.
