I went to First Settlement Physical Therapy for five months, and honestly, the care there is top-notch. If you’re looking for a place where the staff actually cares about your recovery, this is it. Madeline, the OT, is fantastic. She really knows her stuff and always takes the time to explain what we’re doing and why, which makes a huge difference. She's extremely kind and supportive.
