They got me back on my own two feet after my joint replacement surgery and I had a very pleasant experience with the staff. Everyone there are very friendly and supportive to make the physical therapy process as enjoyable as possible. I would recommend them to anyone, I had an amazing experience with them and would go back for any future needs

Updated Spring of 2026! Two total knee replacements in 5 months and a lot of PT later, and I “graduated” Physical Therapy today as good as new. I feel really good! I cannot thank the talented PT’s, PTA’s, and staff at FSPT Eleanor enough, they have helped me so much and have become friends over the past year and I will sincerely miss all of them. I recommend First Settlement to anyone seeking relief and answers for present and on-going conditions and issues. They’re the Best in my eyes.
FSPT Eleanor is the best there is. Totally solved my rotator cuff pain. I’ve had PT at other places before with mixed results, but the crew at Eleanor make it fun and enjoyable while taking care of your problem.
