Carissa has been so great to work with this week on questions that I had regarding our accounts we opened last week. On Friday she went above and beyond in getting me copies of checks that I needed from a deposit made last week. Always quick to respond. Exceptional customer service and wonderful to work with.
I have to say this wonderful gal had the patience of a saint with me. She repeatedly was kind, knowledgeable, and honest. I can't speak highly enough about her.
