"I have been a customer of Bank for over three years, and my experience has been exceptionally positive. The staff are always friendly and willing to help with any questions I have.
The Reynoldsburg branch is a wonderful blessing and Cindy Music is such a great manager. We really appreciate her so much whenever we come into see her and have a problem with something. She solves the problem and helps us with it with no problems. There’s no mistakes or confusion after we meet with her she is wonderful.
I really like this financial organization. So much so that I closed out my other accounts elsewhere. Their mobile app is top notch. The staff at this location are super friendly I now know all of the staff’s names, Mary, Binshaw, Bertha, and Maya. The branch manager is sharp as a tack.
