You will have to call them repeatedly to get help, and even once you do get someone on the line they will not know basic company information or how to help. I went in to get my auto refinance. I was approved. Said the deal was good. I even had this done by The Banker in charge. So I come in 11:30am oh lunch break come at 12:30. I say ok I live 2 minutes from here. Come back have to wait additional 15 minutes. While the One only banker is helping 1 of the 2 tellers. Then has no remebernce of me say higher percent! And doesn't even try and help me;! Saying I have to call for the payoff! Are you kidding me. So you waste 1 hour for me to just get up and walk out!
