I wish to express my deep dissatisfaction with the attention received from the Credit Department of your institution. Unfortunately, the treatment I have received has been extremely inappropriate and demonstrates a clear lack of courtesy, professionalism and vocation for customer service. This is the most incompetent bank Ive ever dealt with. They have to verify every other Zelle transaction. They have the most inefficient wire system they manually release wires at 10am, 1pm, and 4pm and even if you request a wire under any of these times, it still doesnt get released in a timely manner, FSCU has no business offering business accounts since they are completely incompetent. Go to a bigger bank that is more capable unless you like wasting your time.
Used to be the best bank. Have been loyal for 15 years when they changed people to machines they lost me. So many issues from checks going into wrong accounts and rejecting good checks to machines not pulling up the right accounts ect.. a teller wouldn't have all those problems. Only reason I give them 2 stars is the fact everyone has been respectful over the phone with my issues. But get rid of those machines truly.
