Went into the LR location to open back up my business account. Ben who I have known for years took care of everything in about 30 minutes! He is one of the reasons I am still doing business with First service!
I had a commercial loan for a rental property with them. They changed my loan terms one week before closing in the middle of my renovation. This significantly affected my business project. They also changed my loan rate without communicating with me. I would not use First Service Bank ever again. I definitely do not recommend them and warn people to stay away from them. There are much better, reliable and trustworthy lenders available.
We have been using First Service for over a year now, with both personal and commercial accounts and the customer service is outstanding! I come from a banking background and have been disappointed in many institutions I've tried over the years. Thankfully, First Service does not disappoint! Chris Pledger, Ben Burrow and Morgan Taylor have all made the process of switching banks seamless!!
