I have banked as a business customer for over 2 years and have always received the highest level of customer service. From installing check scanners in our office, going to on site investment opportunities, to reviewing future purchases. There is not a better commercial banking institution that I know of willing to go that extra mile for a small business. I appreciate they are based in Arkansas and have talented staff that truly add value.
First Service Bank in Little Rock is one of one. I visit this location probably 2-3 times a week and not once have I not been greeted with a smile. They take care of any banking needs you may need in a timely fashion and they are super easy to work with. Chris and Morgan have a great team and are ready to take care of you! Spencer and Alissa are usually the ones who take care of me and always do it in a professional manner!
