Bad service & you cant even split a bill for change if youre not their customer
Tried to closed out an old safety deposit box my dad had. Unfortunately I lost my key after years. Was told I need to pay $175 to a 3rd party to drill the box. Ok. Not a problem. The personal banker called me at least 4xs the day before. She called 3xs back to back instead of leaving a message when I didn’t pick up. When I finally picked up it was to remind me of the appointment. Very weird. The 4th time she called she told me I need to bring cash $175 because I don’t have an account.
