850 fico, good cashflow, good collateral and not interested in making a $60k loan. This bank might be interested in deposits but they aren't a lending institution.
These folks helped me with a car loan after 8 years of no credit. Not just bad credit, mind you. None! They took a chance on me and I'm happily driving again. Also there are many "quiet" perks about having a loan here. I won't spill the beans, but certainly worth checking if you're in need of assistance.
