Earlier today I stepped into a pawnshop for the first time EVER! I never expected to be served with such extraordinary service! Just bought a lawn mower for $100. Should have known better. Made 2 paths in the grass and it died. And they won't let us return it. Good at reselling flaky products just to earn a few bucks. Kyla Gittins bought the mower in her name. We're both just very disappointed sucks to be ripped off like that especially when we don't have a lot of money.
Most of the time we have had great service. Twice now I have bought products that didn't work. The tablet I was able to take back the next day and they gave me store credit The electric lawnmower we bought in February. Needless to say since it was winter in Montana we didn't try the lawnmower. We finally attempted to use the lawnmower in May. We bought a lawnmower that doesn't work. Since it's past the 30 day window, there is nothing they can do. So they say. I had a 10k rope chain that I bought from reputable business and was tested before previously bought. Took it in they chemically burnt through the clap making it scrap gold. And then refused to give credit or pay for them destroying the gold chain. 18k test chemicals don’t go in 10 k that’s why there 10 k chemicals. Then the guy who ruined it tried to fight me.
