Been with the bank for years and asked for statements to be printed for tax purposes. Instead I get a phone call from someone explaining that they are going to charge $2.50 per page and $20/hr. I obviously criticized the excessive expense with a response of “ paper cost money”. I absolutely cannot say enough about this branch! I love the warmth and feeling of welcome I feel each time I walk through the doors. I am always greeted with a smile, greeting, and employees who know me by name. Any time I have had an issue, they have been quick to resolve it and insure I am all good. This bank is horrible. My business acct was hit by fraud. The bank didnt pay it, but instead they closed down my business acct without giving me proper notice leaving me stranded without funds while traveling. They are always behind at the Bentonville Branch and shorthanded, they dont get back to you like they say they will, you have to jkeep calling them and following up with them and they have to send your work to another brack all the time for them to complete tasks for you.
