Sure hope it was a one time experience when Lisa, their long time employee, asked where I'd be spending my child's disability funds, (last month) I am a human being and really hope not to be treated like a child next time I see anyone. Really not professional, but I'm not fully shocked. Learn about different humans who are different bc they are and don't have to explain themselves, but do have to be treated with respect like all the other customers, thanks!
