Let's have always been extremely helpful. They need to do some serious work on their mobile banking.
Absolutely worst bank I've ever dealt with. A simple transaction that should be done in a day has dragged on for weeks. They wait and then ask for more information... then wait again... I don't think they actually know how to run a bank. Use at your own risk.
