On 07/12/2018 at 1:30 p.m. my wife and I pulled into the drive thru. The woman at the window was playing on her phone. We had rolled the change we had saved over the past few years and wanted to cash it. She opened the drawer and I set a bowl of quarters and dimes rolled into it. She looked at me and asked if I was a customer. I said no, she told me she can't cash them. She wasn't very pleasant about it and acted like we were bothering her. I promise one thing, we aren't customers and will never EVER be.
Went there to take rolled change in wasn't very mu h I was told I couldn't because I didn't have a account since when My husband and I was thinking about opening a account but after that I will stay with my bank Chic at drive thru was to worried about playing on her cell phone If I could put a minus star I sure would. Promise I will tell my friends and family
