I have had accounts with first security for a long time. Their service has always been top level. This is a really good bank to place your trust in.
Feeling so robed by First Security, they are not up front with hidden charges. Have banked there 3 years and keep a fare amount of money for them to use. Called to see if they do foreign currency exchange, they said yes. Made my order for $1000.00 US to Dong . I was never told they would charge me $364.00 fee to exchange. I was only told there would be a $12.00 fee for Fed Ex, i agreed to that. I get home and Google the exchange to make sure i got the correct amount Dong, I had only received $636.00 dollars of Dong. I have been with FSBM for 15 years. The staff have always been GREAT and helpful. But this new Bank is terrible inside the loddy is a congested place no one know where to go or how to get around, this has got to be the worst design ever, I hate to go in side, lines are way to long, people don't know where they are supposed to be. Getting in the front door is a massive ordeal. Now for the phone system GET RID OF THE ENGLISH GUY. WE ARE AMERICANS!!!
