Thank you, Friendly staff and cancelled my debit card. The lady who helped me at my bank was helpful. These purchases are fraud and it's a Facebook Al business that may not exist. This business is called JVZoo who misrepresented there products and there nonexistent 24/7 support. The business is Al marketplace high pressure sells business. So over this bank. Deposited $600 last Friday and it didn’t go in my account then got charged 3 negative fees I didn’t deserve. Went up there showed my recipt and they sent it to cooperate and still haven’t got my money back it’s been a week. Then I reported fraud on my account 3 weeks ago and they forgot to report it!! So I went last Friday to report it to along with my other issue and I’m still waiting on that money as well. First Security Bank is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. If I could switch, I would. I highly recommend finding any other bank to do business with. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but today I will. I'm so mad, I'm in tears. Their policies are terrible. I made "instant" deposits yesterday through PayPal and Cashapp, and they refuse to clear them until Monday. AND on several occasions, they have doubled PayPal charges, which I have to waste time and energy fighting, even though PayPal says they don't have the charge. The... read more
