Brandon E. Hansberry . It took him 3 months to process my loan.I found out it only takes a week.When I call the office he would tell his associates to tell me he is not in the office. It takes him days to respond to conversation he starts. If he respond at all. BAD BUSINESS. Bad experience I wish I would of switch loan officer when I had the opportunity.
