Brandon E. Hansberry . It took him 3 months to process my loan.I found out it only takes a week.When I call the office he would tell his associates to tell me he is not in the office. It takes him days to respond to conversation he starts. If he respond at all. BAD BUSINESS. Bad experience I wish I would of switch loan officer when I had the opportunity.

It is a bank with bad service, it is never available, it is better to eliminate it
Wouldn’t even make change without an account. I understand not cashing a check or something without an account but changing cash for cash shouldn’t need an account. It’s cash for goodness sake. Visiting from out of town and just needed to make some change to give my kids for camp.
