Employees friendly. Fast service.
I have never in my life known of a bank that gives its customers more problems than first security. And that goes for EVERY BRANCH. they will just turn your card off randomly without a phone call or a even text from the fraud department. But they never do it during business hours. It’s always AFTER they have closed and you can’t get ahold of anyone until the next day. This has been on I’m going problem for the 6 YEARS I have been with first security. I can promise you there won’t be a 7th.
