I went to my bank, US Bank to get cash and break a $100 bill. However, their drive-thru was closed. This is not new for US Bank. I’m looking for a new bank near where I live, so I went to First Security Bank 2 blocks away from my house. I asked if they could simply break a $100 bill. They asked me if I have an account there. I said I do not. They said, “we don’t do that for non-customers.” I left, angered. I have 2 checking accounts, a savings account and a credit card through US Bank. This is my favorite first security bank location in Little Rock. The workers are outstanding and incredibly friendly. Shout out to Taya Gwin for the excellent service she provided me upon walking in. I recommend coming here for any first security needs as they were fast and friendly and I couldn't ask for more.
Used to be a great bank. Now it is horrible. Open the lobby please. I sit In drive through 20 minutes or more to cash a check. Terrible service. Time to change banks
