The staff are always helpful, as soon as they see you, they greet you by your name. I like that. That means they pay attention. I recently opened a personal account & business account with First Security Bank. The staff at this location are amazing. Always helpful and friendly and care about their customers.
You have to jump threw too many hoops just to open an account. There website sucks their app is worse. You have to wait for a debit card to spend YOUR OWN money. Their overdraft protection charges you for the privilege of being declined. So no real protection. If you have an issue the people talk down to you and are very rude for "bothering" them. Deffenitly in need of some customer service. 100 percent would not recommend.
