Well I would give a good recommendation, to Joe for helping me out with getting my banking app fixed but I had to call the online baking center & got hung up on 7x & then called oak st & got Joe one of the managers she called, herself with me on 3 way & they hung up on her too.... finally got it fixed but that was way to much to do, & I have been with them for many years !!!! Was having trouble with my debit card every time I tried to use it, said my chip was bad. I called the bank (not this location) and was told their lobby was closed and I would have to check back. I called THIS location and talked with Susan (girl needs a RAISE) told her the issue, she said no problem come thru the drive thru and I will make you a brand new card.
