First Security is a great bank all together, but the Mayflower branch is ABSOLUTELY top tier! Anytime I’ve ever had an issue, and I’ve been banking with them for 5-6 years now, they immediately figured it out and got it fixed, and made sure I understood how it happened so I can avoid it next time! Most of the branches just see you for a face walking in the door, but Mayflower they greet instantly and are over the moon to help! Linda is my main star here, and she never does me wrong and has developed an amazing staff!!
Very nice workers.
The people are so nice and they make sure everything is up to your standards before they let you drive off. They also don’t cut you off wile speaking. They build a relationship with every customer, I have gotten to the point that I don’t even have to show my ID when cashing my check. I LOVE THIS BANK!!!!!!
