I needed a new car. I had a car accdent. That car the bank had for calataroll. They would not give me a loan for a used car. So I live in the country, I needed a car to get to work. The bank did not see it my way. I had to go to a credit union bank, that would found me $25,000.00 for a 2018 Dodge Dorango. $500.00 dollars a month for 72 months. High interst rate. I felt sad and mistrusted. I just needed a little loan from my bank. THEY DROP THE BALL. YOU SUCK! Now on friendlyness. You get a gold star!
I was just looking on my map app and looked up my mother’s home town. Then I saw that your bank was on the corner where the old bank was. And surprise! Our grandmother had the apartment over the bank for many years. I would visit her in the summer. She was the town librarian. Lydia Steuben. Good memories!
The ladies at Rockford are great! A friendly greeting at the door, answers to every question, and quick service with time for a personal touch. They make banking a pleasure!!
