What I like is they have a person that will direct you to the next available teller. How many times have you been first in line and some rude person jumps in front of you. That have never happened since I have started going there.

I just opened an account with them. Now, I am trying to go on their website, but its down?? "The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems." How can a banks website be down in the middle of the day? At 10am? This concerns me....

Definitely wouldnt do business with them for a while. Lots of changes, and not as flexible as other institutions. They dropped the ball on a loan for an associate of mine. Overall they used to be as good as any other bank. But with the recent "overhaul" theyre going through, I would look elsewhere.
