Excellent service and we throughly enjoy the savings book.
My mother passed away. I took my father to this location. First, no access to a door that opens automatically for people with walkers/wheelchairs. When I brought this to the Assistant Branch Manager's attention, she informed me other people have brought this to their attention. Second, my father was asked for his ID. She did not share her condolences. When we left, I brought this to her attention. I suggested that when someone loses a loved one, the first thing someone should do is to show compassion and empathy.
