This bank is the worst in the Mid-West. Closing my account today go to another establishment that values their customers.

The most incompetent manager I’ve ever dealt with first I waited 10 minutes for somebody to see me. I was the only one in the bank and then she tells me that my signature does not match my ID so she denied my withdrawal my name, matches my address, matches my Social Security number matches. I don’t usually pull the race card, but I felt it was racially motivated. I withdrawal from my savings account multiple times and the signature did not match but if you’re not White, I don’t recommend you going to that location. Thank you... read more

I feel very bad to leave this review, but I think it's needed to help others possibly avoid being greatly inconvenienced. The reason I say I feel bad about this poor review is because the staff I interacted with at the local branch were nice; the issue at hand is that their technology is very poor. What I mean by poor is on a scale of 1-5 with 5 being exceptional, they're a -10,000,000. The website is extremely bare bones. Which would be fine if it actually worked well.
