I feel very bad to leave this review, but I think it's needed to help others possibly avoid being greatly inconvenienced. The reason I say I feel bad about this poor review is because the staff I interacted with at the local branch were nice; the issue at hand is that their technology is very poor. What I mean by poor is on a scale of 1-5 with 5 being exceptional, they're a -10,000,000. The website is extremely bare bones. Which would be fine if it actually worked well. I have been with this Bank for almost 20 years and it is ridiculous the amount of hoops you have to go through now. Even if I authorize a payment they won't let it go through. Place holds on checks you deposited without notifying you. Just horrible banking system all around
