My husband and I were referred to Preston Riggs from FSB to handle our complicated loan application. This has been the absolute worst mortgage experience of my life. Every step of the way with FSB has been met with gross incompetence, and no one able to solve a problem. They did not post my first two payments, although they were cashing the checks. Now, they are threatening to institute their own insurance on the house when they clearly have the proper documentation, and also received it at closing. Never again with FSB.
We worked with Chad, he was fantastic. He was able to secure our mortgage quickly, with no aggravation, he kept us informed throughout the process. I would recommend this company to anyone. Ask for Chad.
