We worked with Ben on a mortgage, and he was incredibly friendly and helpful through the whole process. This was our first time buying a home, so he took extra time to explain and share details on each part of the process. He met us multiple times to explain and share specifics, and was always responsive throughout the whole process, even late at night or early in the morning.
