Closes a 5 and no after hour contact. Locks my card a 6 and now I can't spend my money for over 12 hours. Would recommend any other bank.

Constant problem with mobile app fingerprint login. Works 20% of the time. Still no balance display with a transaction. Hope they're saving a whole lot of money with this new remedial app because it is a downgrade from their previous mobile app. Sad.
Update: Mobile app has improved since initial launch. Fingerprint login now works. However individual transactions still do now show new balance.
Worst Bank I Have Ever Been With. Tgis Bank Started Great Until Covid Struck and They Started Stealing Money Out of Peoples Accounts. They Have Stolen $1,150.00 From my Account In The Last Month Due To "Overdraft Fees" of Items Not Even On The Account. My Account Had $20.00 In It, I Got Charged $6.99 For Disney + and They Charged Me $35 Even Though I Still Had $13.01 In The Account Making my Account Negative $21.99, they then charged me another $35 because their fake overdraft charge marked me over.
