Not good service also staff not good
I just left the new albany indiana branch and I have never in my life been treated so rudely By the management staff I simply tried to ask a blonde women in a corner office a simple question and was abruptly Hollered at to "Leave her alone she doesn't have time" Im an elderly man with Handicap hearing I Immediately closed all my accounts Removed my CD's and will never speak anything but negative about customer service at first merchants again.
10am the manager was to return my call, still waiting, poor customer service, this manager should be written up, that branch would not even answer their phone for customer service before 4:30 their closing time What A Great Job, 06/03026 4:37pm customer service was called at 4:15!!!!!!!!!
Great bank
Very very slow service inside, tellers on phones, only 1 person to be able to open accounts, has her door open so you heard all customers information, 3 waiting to be seen, disappointed with this branch, will stick to my Salem location
