After years of using zuto and many of the high interest companies i thought I'd go direct to a lender. I was looking at a £12,000 car, with awful credit history, literally sub 300 score and a few defaults etc yet the surprisingly they offered me finance for £8000, slightly high interest but that's to be expected. I'd prefer a little bit more hand holding through the process, but that's my only gripe. Excellent, and thanks again.
Would not recommend. They waited for a signed agreement and contacted the dealership to say everything was in place. Arrangements made to go to dealership and they then ring to say they will no longer go ahead as prior to allowing you to believe everything is in place, they did not complete their checks! If this is common place practice, I suggest they review it.
Absolutely fantastic company, this was my second Finace agreement and my experience was just as great and smooth as the first one. The staff are super friendly and willing to work with you regardless of your needs or personal circumstances, a real credit to the company in my personal opinion. Thank you guys at First Response.
