After 9 year's as a customer I can no longer do business with this company. It is not the same company it once was. False advertising from the start with the automated sales pitch whilst on hold. The choice of Car's is limited! What once was a vibrant team of people that went above and beyond to a team that couldn't care less!
Been with first response Finance for the purchase of 3 cars could probably go anywhere but I'm a great believer of excellent customer service and friendly local staff with knowledgeable people .so if want a great friendly staff and easy loan application go here thanks
Quick to take my money but now my agreement is cancelled I'm struggling to get a refund
