excellent service!
Just closed my account today due to current complication with FRB's stock dropped 99% and assets sold to JP Morgan. The service was as good as the day I went there and opened my account. No questions asked, every necessary details provided to me and swift service without even one second of delay. There was a bit of sadness in the air as we all can feel, but they served me to the last second with professionalism and efficiency. I am wondering why FRB had to go, I wish this did not have to happen.
Shoutout to Karianne for the great customer service today! Called in for help, and she was ready with what I needed the second I got inside. I agree with the other reviews on parking. Follow Google Maps and go in from the back. There is a parking structure. I recommend using it and walking. There are a few spots that are time limited outside,but if those are full, you are forced to exit and go all the way back into the plaza from the back again.
Parking can be a problem here.
