A great bank. I’m sorry to see it close.
Went into the branch to withdraw cash around 1pm. Was not acknowledged upon entry. One employee was on the phone talking very loudly about another customer's personal financial details including that he has $5 million at Charles Schawb. One male employee was on his phone and ignored me the whole time I was sitting there waiting. Finally got help from a female employee, only to be met with prejudice and racial profiling.
