Worst First Republic experience of my life: unfriendly; totally non-First Republic atmosphere. Not what I am used to. I'm glad this one got closed!!!
Avoid this Bank at all costs!!
I heard so much about how great this bank is, and maybe it’s just this particular location, but the customer service experience was exceptionally poor. I felt invisible while waiting for somebody to help me, and then it felt like they were doing me a favor answering my questions about the services.
A friend told me about a promotion that you have right now, when an ATM checking rebate account is opened with minimum $15,000 and 12 transactions are made within 3 months, your account will be credited $500. I went to Mill Valley brunch of the First Republic Bank located at 750 Redwood Hwy, suite 1218, Mill Valley, CA 94941 on November 20, 2018 around 3:15 pm.
