Don't use their ATM in Manhattan. Machine kept my card and said contract my financial institution. USAA said card was good and doesn't expire until 2027. Went into First Republic Bank and the man said sorry, but a third party company only has access to the machines. No help, but lots of hassle for customers.
First Republic is an amazing bank. it is a big bank with a small bank feel. Service is impeccable and I am so glad to be a First Republic client! The crew on Broadway and 76th street are like family to me. It doesn’t get better.
